     When we decided to expand our home from 1550 square feet to around 1950 square feet with a multi-use room addition, we had three main goals - quality construction; reasonable cost; and both interior and exterior design that would integrate with the existing structure so that it would be difficult to tell that it was not part of the original construction. Spectrum Construction fulfilled all three of these goals well beyond our expectations. Additionally, Steve Schwartz was a pleasure to work with and went "above and beyond" to ensure that we were 110% satisfied with the final product.
