     In October 1999 I purchased a home outside of Pagosa Springs, Colorado that was built by Steve Schwartz (Spectrum Construction).

     I was first introduced to this home in July of that year when it had been framed and the roof had just been completed. Being a civil engineer I was very interested in not only the layout of the house but was very interested in the quality of the construction. Without a doubt the quality of the construction was excellent. I was very impressed with the attention given to details in the various aspects throughout the completion of the house. I might add that Steve was a pleasure to work with, always interested in doing the best job possible. He was extremely interested in satisfying my requests.

     I now have enjoyed the house for over four years and have never regretted buying this house. There is no doubt that if I were to build another home in Pagosa Springs that I would have Steve Schwartz build the new home.
